An award-winning, social-first creative agency is looking for a Senior Account Manager.

  • Lead day-to-day management of 3–5 client accounts across home, interiors, design and lifestyle brands, acting as the main strategic point of contact.
  • Develop and own monthly social strategies, content plans and platform recommendations aligned with each brand's business objectives.
  • Direct content production across shoots, creators, photographers and videographers in collaboration with the in-house production team.
  • Monitor and report on social performance, translating platform data and campaign learnings into actionable insights.
  • Support junior team members and contribute to a collaborative, creatively ambitious agency culture.
  • Previous agency experience is essential - strong understanding of account management structures, workflows and how agencies operate commercially.
  • Proven track record managing social-first content strategies across Instagram, TikTok and broader platforms.
  • A genuine passion for home, interiors, design and lifestyle brands.
  • Excellent client management and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term trusted relationships.
  • Strong visual eye, natural sense of taste and platform-native creative instincts.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts and moving parts simultaneously.
