We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Influencer Account Manager to join a fast-growing, global social and influencer marketing agency. You’ll play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns for major clients across beauty, fashion, tech, finance, and FMCG. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with agency experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves influencer and performance marketing, and is ready to lead high-profile accounts with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end management of influencer and social campaigns – from briefing and outreach through to onboarding, reporting, and analysis.
  • Act as the main client point of contact, delivering clear updates, recommendations, and expert guidance at every stage.
  • Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, proactively problem-solving and ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Optimise campaigns using performance marketing insights, tracking KPIs, and sharing data-driven recommendations.
  • Confidently present ideas, strategies, and results in pitches, client meetings, and post-campaign reviews.
  • Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and support on new business proposals.
  • Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver exceptional work.
  • Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring best practice and high standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years’ experience in influencer account management, with exposure to high-profile clients.
  • Strong passion for influencer marketing.
  • Excellent organisational skills – able to independently manage multiple campaigns under pressure.
  • Confident communicator and presenter, skilled at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in cross-agency environments and contributing to collaborative campaigns.
  • Proven ability to mentor, delegate, and support team development.
  • Calm, solutions-focused, and detail-driven.
