WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Leading paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Pinterest for DTC clients
  • Owning creative strategy — building testing roadmaps, collaborating with designers, writing direct-response copy
  • Using tools like Triple Whale, Motion, Agency Analytics and Shopify to drive data-led decisions
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying growth opportunities
  • Contributing to a high-performance team culture built on continuous improvement

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 3+ years in paid social, ideally agency-side (strong in-house DTC considered)
  • Proven experience managing accounts with significant monthly ad spend
