A fast-growing performance marketing agency - 35 people, ambitious clients, serious momentum - is looking for a Head of Paid Social to lead their department and help shape what comes next. The outgoing Head has moved brand-side after several successful years. The agency is now looking for someone with a fresh perspective, strong creative instincts, and the leadership experience to take the team forward.
THE ROLE
- Lead and develop a team of 5 paid social specialists (3 senior, 2 mid-level)
- Directly manage the agency's highest-spending client accounts
- Own department strategy across performance, creative direction, and team development
- Take accountability when performance dips and identify opportunities to scale
- Look holistically at client business performance — not just social metrics
