Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative development of brand identities, including logos, colour palettes, typography, imagery guidelines, and visual language systems.
- Develop comprehensive and user-friendly brand guidelines to ensure consistent application of the brand identity across all touchpoints.
- Produce a wide range of brand assets, including but not limited to marketing collateral (both print and digital), website visuals, social media templates.
- Articulate and present design concepts and rationale clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients.
- Work closely with other designers, copywriters, developers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration of the brand identity across various projects.
- Ensure all design work adheres to established brand guidelines and maintains a high level of visual consistency.
- Effectively manage your time and workload to meet deadlines across multiple projects simultaneously.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Branding Designer within a design agency.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful branding projects, demonstrating a mastery of visual identity design principles in a fun and playful way!
- Excellent knowledge of design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- A solid understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, pixel-perfect design work.
- A passion for branding and a desire to create impactful and memorable visual identities.
