Responsibilities

  • Build strategic frameworks for existing clients to drive growth, strengthen brand and customer experiences and support long-term business objectives.
  • Translate research, insight, data and cultural signals into compelling strategic narratives that align client stakeholders and inspire creative teams.
  • Define strategic frameworks that connect brand expression to experience, ensuring ideas land meaningfully.
  • Craft clear, persuasive strategic storytelling that sells ambitious ideas through to senior client stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in brand experience design, technology and AI, translating them into actionable opportunity spaces for clients.
  • Lead client discovery, building a deep understanding of audiences, organisational objectives, operational constraints and experience gaps, translating these into high-value strategic opportunities.
  • Work closely with Client Services and Creative teams to identify and unlock account growth, expanding single touchpoints into composite experiences and long-term partnerships.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, research and co-creation sessions to align clients around shared vision, priorities and experience roadmaps.
  • Contribute to new business by shaping propositions, defining strategic approaches, and positioning the consultancy as a credible, experience-led consulting partner.
  • Build, mentor and support the growth of the strategy team.

Experience required

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a similar role working within branding agencies.
  • A confident storyteller, comfortable leading rooms with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of user journeys, service ecosystems and brand expression and how these connect to business and operational realities.
  • Extensive experience in brand strategy, creating unique brand positions.
  • Proven experience communicating broad strategic initiatives to key stakeholders.
  • Well versed in approaches, technologies and data; able to execute complex strategies with well balanced human and agentic layers.
  • Curious, collaborative and forward-thinking in future technologies.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, looking to make their mark in a fast-growing agency.

Hours: Full time

Salary: £60-85,000, depending on level of experience

Office Location: East Central London – 3 days per week in office
