We are on the hunt for a passionate and experienced Senior Account Manager to join a fast-growing influencer and social-first agency based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career, leading end-to-end social and influencer campaigns for a global ecommerce brand.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves building strong client partnerships, mentoring junior team members, and staying at the forefront of influencer and social trends.
- Manage the execution of social and influencer campaigns from brief to wrap-up, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and on-brand.
- Build strong day-to-day relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Contribute to strategic planning alongside senior leadership and creative teams.
- Write compelling influencer briefs, lead outreach and negotiations, and oversee talent onboarding.
- Support and mentor junior team members, typically working within a team of 3-4 on each account.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to insightful reporting that demonstrates impact and ROI.
- Keep up-to-date with platform updates, influencer trends, and industry shifts to inform campaign recommendations.
Proven success managing large-scale campaigns and building strong client relationships in sectors like beauty, fashion, or ecommerce.
Solid understanding of social platforms, influencer talent, and digital content trends.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
