Job Description
Major Players are partnering with a B2B marketing and events agency to recruit for a bright, dynamic and skilled Account Manager.
We are looking for an established client services professional to lead client relationships and oversee end to end B2B marketing campaigns and events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, leading on regular meetings, calls and reviewing time-lines, progress and performance.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Prepare presentations, decks and reports for meetings and presentations with clients.
- Efficiently address client's requirements, gathering and responding to feedback, whilst also identifying opportunities for further campaign opportunities
- Work closely with clients to define event objectives.
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue sourcing, identifying speakers and always ensure smooth delivery and execution.
- Travel globally for events where required, ensuring smooth delivery on the day.
- Prepare and present regular reports on account status, campaign performance, and key metrics to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Client Lead and Strategy Director to develop tailored marketing and business development strategies.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with innovative solutions.
Experience required
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in account management, working within a B2B marketing agency. You will also have:
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proven experience working in an agency, ideally with B2B and events experience.
- Experience managing budgets and tracking financial performance across client accounts.
- Previous experience managing and executing events.
Hours: Full time
Salary: up to £42,000 depending on experience
Office location: East London
Office requirements: Flexible hybrid working, 3 days per week in the office
