Major Players are partnering with an established experiential marketing agency to hire an Account Manager into their client services team. With offices headquartered in London and operating worldwide, this agency works with some of the world's most exciting global brands to create culture-led experiences that resonate with youth audiences and drive real results.
As Account Manager, you’ll be acting as a key link between clients and internal creative, strategy and production teams. You'll lead the day-to-day delivery of campaigns across multiple accounts, ensuring they run smoothly, stay on brief, and deliver against brand objectives. You’ll take ownership of timelines, budgets and client communication, while supporting and empowering junior team members.
Key responsibilities:
- Be the main day-to-day contact for clients, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their brand and objectives
- Lead end-to-end delivery of campaigns across events, content and integrated projects
- Work closely with creative, strategy, production and digital teams to bring ideas to life
- Manage scope, timelines and budgets while maintaining high standards throughout
- Oversee third-party suppliers, venues and freelancers as needed
- Track performance, gather feedback and apply learnings to every campaign
- Spot opportunities for growth and support strategic planning
- Provide line management, support and development for junior team members
Skills required:
- 2+ years of experience in an Account Management role, working with an agency on experiential and brand activation projects
- Strong understanding of brand experience, event production and integrated marketing
- Exceptional communication, organisation and time-management skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Confident in client presentations and relationship management
- A passion for creativity and innovation, with a keen eye for detail and quality
- Comfortable using budgeting tools, project trackers and reporting documents
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to stay calm under pressure
Hours: Full time
Office Location: East Central London
Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office (Tues, Wed and Thurs)
