Major Players are partnering with a reputable global B2B marketing agency to recruit for an Account Executive. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and want hands‑on exposure to high-profile global clients – this role is for you. As an Account Executive, you'll play a key role in delivering B2B marketing campaigns and events, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the day‑to‑day client contact, building trusted relationships and keeping communication clear and responsive. Join regular client meetings and calls to review progress, performance, and timelines, while spotting opportunities to add further value. Produce status updates, performance reports, and key metrics for both clients and internal stakeholders.
- Planning & Project Management: Partner with the internal Client Team and Strategy Director to shape tailored marketing and business development campaigns, keeping deliverables on track. Support the execution of marketing activities across a range of campaigns and channels. Pull together presentations, decks, and reports for client‑facing meetings. Work closely with account teams across the business, contributing to a collaborative, high‑performance culture. Coordinate internal resources across your accounts to ensure consistent, seamless delivery.
- Event Management: Take ownership of event logistics from start to finish, ensuring smooth and professional execution. Source and secure venues that meet event objectives and requirements. Help identify and coordinate speakers, and brief designers on landing page creative. Be on the ground on event day, managing delivery and stakeholder experience. Travel for events outside the UK (mainly Europe and the US) when required. Help monitor project budgets and flag updates to the Account Manager or Client Lead. Support the compilation of financial reporting under the guidance of senior team members.
- New Business: Support the development of proposals, pitches, and presentations to win new clients and grow existing accounts – from gathering insights and building slides to coordinating logistics.
Experience required:
- 1‑2 years of experience in a marketing or client services role, ideally within a B2B environment.
- Exposure to event management and campaign coordination.
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience working with Monday.com project management tool.
- Experience working within a CRM system.
Hours: Full time
Salary: £30-35,000, depending on experience
Office Location: East Central London
Office requirements: 3 days per week in the office (Mon, Weds & Thurs)
