A leading purpose-driven creative agency is looking for a PR Account Manager to join its award-winning team. The agency specialises in behaviour-change and public impact campaigns for major government bodies, charities, and socially responsible brands. Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management & Delivery
    • Lead multiple PR accounts, ensuring smooth and effective end-to-end delivery
    • Develop and launch creative, consumer-facing, purpose-driven PR campaigns
    • Manage campaigns from initial insight and KPI-setting through to delivery and wrap-up
    • Deliver behaviour-change focused PR and press office activity
    • Oversee timelines, budgets, forecasting and reporting across accounts
  • Media Relations
    • Secure high-quality national, consumer and broadcast coverage
    • Develop strong media angles and newsworthy stories
    • Draft press releases, Q&As, briefing documents and core media materials
    • Lead media outreach, sell-ins and adapt media strategy when needed
    • Build and maintain strong media contacts across multiple sectors
  • Client & Stakeholder Management
    • Build deep, trusted client relationships and provide strategic counsel
    • Lead client meetings with confidence and clarity
    • Manage external partners including survey providers, influencers/talent and production partners
    • Represent PR within integrated teams and cross-agency workstreams
  • Internal Leadership & Collaboration
    • Mentor and support junior team members (AEs/SAEs)
    • Contribute to new business, pitch development and agency growth
    • Bring proactive, collaborative, outward-looking thinking to the team

Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years’ PR agency experience, currently operating at AM level
  • Strong media contacts across national, consumer and broadcast press
  • Experience working with purpose-led, government or charity clients OR strong interest in the space
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to spot and craft media-worthy stories
  • Confident presenter with strong client communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong project management and attention to detail
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting and handling agency financial processes

Salary & Benefits Package:

  • Holiday Allowance: 25 days, rising to 28 after 3 years and 30 after 5 years
