  • Building and nurturing relationships with clients and candidates across the creative sector
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Identifying new business opportunities and developing lasting partnerships with brands
  • Expanding client accounts and cross selling opportunities to other teams
  • Championing the Major Players brand through excellent service and strong personal branding

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role
  • Strong business development skills with a track record of strong billing revenue
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with a passion for the creative industries
