Base pay range

Fantastic new role for a Head of Design (6 months FTC) to join a dynamic consumer brand as they redefine and elevate their visual identity.

Someone who can inspire a creative team, sharpen brand expression and push bold, beautiful ideas across every touchpoint.

You must be able to start immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise and deliver on‑brand design solutions across formats, platforms and environments.
  • Translate seasonal campaign direction into multi‑channel creative executions.
  • Present design concepts and strategic rationale to senior stakeholders.
  • Elevate consistency across brand touchpoints to improve customer experience and engagement.
  • Collaborate with CRM, e Commerce, PR, Social and Paid teams to deliver assets for digital and physical events.
  • Build, refine and maintain creative templates and asset libraries.
  • Lead, mentor and inspire the design team, fostering creativity, accountability and commercial awareness.

Skills & Experience

  • Extensive design experience across print, digital and packaging; beauty, fashion or luxury background required.
  • Proven people‑management experience with the ability to develop and motivate teams.
  • Strong conceptual thinker with exceptional attention to detail, craft and process.
  • Excellent presentation, communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a thoughtful approach to brand and design systems.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills.
  • Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop).
