Fantastic new role for a Creative Team (Art Director & Copywriter) to join an independent creative agency in London. This is a great opportunity for a mid-weight/ senior team to make real impact - shaping creative output, contributing to pitches, and helping drive the agency forward.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop standout creative concepts across brand, digital and social
  • Work as a team to deliver integrated campaigns
  • Contribute to new business pitches and present ideas confidently
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to elevate creative output
  • Build strong client relationships and present work effectively
  • Support expansion into new sectors
  • Stay up to date with creative, cultural and AI trends

Skills & Experience

  • Experience working as an Art Director & Copywriter team (or open to pairing)
  • Experience within financial services industry, agency experience must
  • Strong portfolio showcasing big ideas and execution
  • Confident presenters with strong storytelling skills
  • Comfortable in a hands-on, fast-paced agency environment
  • Ability to take work from concept through to delivery
