Job Title: Social & Brand Community Manager – Fashion Brand
Location: Manchester
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the face of the brand across TikTok, Instagram, and other social platforms
- Plan, shoot, and post engaging behind-the-scenes content, trend-led videos, brand story telling, and reactive moments
- Write standout copy that drives conversation and builds a strong community voice
- Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with key campaigns and brand moments
- Work with internal teams to bring creative concepts to life and tell the brand story
- Engage directly with the community to spark loyalty and authentic connection
- Use data and insights to inform content strategy and drive engagement growth
Skills & Experience:
- Experience in social media, content management and creation (ideally fashion)
- Confident on camera with experience creating video content for TikTok/Instagram
- Strong copywriting skills and an instinct for tone of voice and brand storytelling
- Hands-on experience planning, filming, and editing content on phone or camera
- Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment
- Passionate about fashion, culture, and creating content that connects
- Strong understanding of current social trends, formats, and audience behavior.
