Marketing Manager
Bromley – 2 days in the office
An exciting opportunity for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to join the UK Management Team of a leading medical and technology company.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive growth and brand strength across the UK. This is a senior role that requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and execution skills. This role will lead national campaigns, localise global initiatives, manage stakeholder relationships, and leverage market insights to support revenue targets and business goals.
This role is perfect for someone who seeks a career with purpose and is passionate about contributing directly to the core mission of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee marketing initiatives, including adapting global campaigns to suit local audiences and collaborating with sales, global marketing, and other regional teams.
- Serve as an expert for the product lines, understanding features, benefits, and how they solve customer challenges.
- Plan and execute local and national conferences, utilising event strategies to build engagement and new order value.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify new product opportunities and develop a deep understanding of market needs and sales cycles.
- Identify partnerships and product reference sites, working with each to capture and develop content, referrals, and B2B influencers.
- Utilise data-driven insights to generate more informed and effective marketing strategies and demonstrate strong financial acumen.
- Proficient with current marketing technologies and trends, including AI, SEO, social media, and sales enablement.
Experience & Skills:
- Proven experience in a similar role – medical, education, and/or technology industry experience preferred.
- Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proficient with technology; Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Strategic thinker who can also be hands-on and help drive execution.
- Ability to understand highly technical elements and applications of product lines.
Location & Workplace Policy:
- Bromley, South London.
- Two days a week in the office.
- Ability to travel as required (up to 20% of the time, possibly more in the first 6 months).
