Location: Coven, Wolverhampton Contract: Permanent, Full-Time Hours: Rotating shift pattern 6-2/2-10 Mon – Fri Department: Production About the Role We are looking for a Spray Cell Operative to join a busy production environment. You will be responsible for spraying undercoat or glaze onto sinks, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained before products move through to the kiln process. Key Responsibilities * Inspect products prior to spraying and identify any defects. * Spray products safely and to the required quality standards. * Complete all required checks and paperwork. * Follow company procedures, SOPs and health & safety requirements. * Wear the correct PPE at all times. * Maintain a clean, tidy and organised work area. * Meet production targets and quality standards. * Report defects, equipment issues or unsafe practices. * Work effectively as part of a team and support other areas when required. About You * Previous spraying experience, such as car spraying, is desirable. * Good attention to detail and a strong focus on quality. * Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment. * Reliable, team-focused and willing to learn. * Good communication skills and a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
