Powder Coater - Rotating Shifts
Location: Nottingham
Pay: £12.71 per hour + shift allowance £2.69
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, weekly rotation AM/PM 2-10 /10-6am
Major Recruitment is looking for an experienced Powder Coater to join the production team based in Nottingham.
This is a great opportunity to join an established manufacturing business with a varied role, working as part of a friendly production team.
The Role:
- Preparing, masking and hanging metal components ready for coating.
- Setting up and operating powder coating equipment.
- Applying high-quality, consistent finishes to customer specifications.
- Managing colour changes and curing processes.
- Inspecting finished components to ensure quality standards are met.
- Keeping equipment and the working area clean, tidy and safe.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous powder coating experience.
- Good attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
- A reliable approach and the ability to work well within a team.
- A commitment to health and safety and maintaining high standards.
- Flexibility to work both shifts on a weekly rotating basis
