Assembler Duties:
- Perform assigned tasks on the production line as directed by the line manager.
- Comply with all company Health and Safety regulations and procedures.
- Contribute fully to team objectives by supporting safety, quality, cost, delivery, and compliance initiatives.
- Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activities within the work area.
- Demonstrate strong manual dexterity in assembling electro-mechanical components.
- Possess soldering skills that meet recognised industry standards.
- Interpret and follow technical drawings and manufacturing documentation accurately.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Efficiently multitask and adapt to rotating duties across key production processes.

- Proven experience in an assembly or manufacturing environment
- Skilled in soldering, electrical crimping, and precise manual handling
- Consistently punctual and reliable
