You'll take ownership of an established international supply planning function supporting 1,000s of tonnes of annual production, 300+ products and more than 1,000 customers across global industrial markets.

What makes this role interesting?
You'll lead a local team in UK and influence international transformation in Europe while helping shape how supply planning operates across the wider organisation.
The business has already invested heavily in transforming its supply chain processes. You'll now have the opportunity to build on that work, further developing the team, standardising processes and driving greater automation through SAP and SAP IBP.
You'll have genuine influence over how the function develops—not simply responsibility for keeping today's plans on track.
What you'll be doing
You'll lead supply planning across tactical, mid-term and strategic horizons, balancing:
- Customer demand and service
- Production capacity and constraints
- Inventory and working capital
- Raw material availability
- Supply chain cost
- Commercial priorities
You'll also work closely with manufacturing, procurement, logistics, product management and commercial teams, providing the analysis and recommendations needed when supply, capacity or customer priorities compete.
A major part of your remit will be digital transformation and process improvement. You'll act as a key user for the Forecast-to-Produce process and help drive the continued adoption and optimisation of SAP IBP Supply & Response.
