We’re recruiting for a Shift Leader to join a fast-paced manufacturing site where safety, teamwork, and operational performance genuinely matter. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for production operations during your shift, including nights and weekends. You’ll lead operators on the plant floor, support continuous improvement activity, and play a key role in maintaining safe, efficient, and high-quality production.
