A leading Chemical manufacturing business is looking for a Shift Leader to supervise production operations, lead a team of operators and ensure safe, efficient and high-quality manufacturing performance. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take ownership of the plant during your shift, ensuring production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of Production Operators
- Ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are met
