Major Recruitment are looking for Class 2 drivers (HGV 2) to work for our well established international client based at Bridgwater.

This is a fantastic opportunity offering excellent rates of pay with consistent full-time work, and genuine long-term opportunity, offering a Permanent role after 12 weeks.

Driving their Fleet of Class 2 Concrete Mixers, you will be delivering to their regional clients.

The Role

  • AM starts - Mon-Fri
  • 50-55 hours per week
  • 3-6 Deliveries per shift
  • Minimum 9.5 hours per shift guaranteed
  • OT after 9.5 hours per shift
  • Paid Breaks

To be considered for this role you must have

  • A valid C Licence (HGV Class 2)
  • DQC Card
  • Digital Tachograph Card
  • Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • No more than 6 points for minor offences (no IN, DD, DR endorsements)

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience on concrete / mixers / construction would be advantageous.
  • A Valid MPQC Card would be desirable or willingness to obtain.
