Major Recruitment is looking to recruit a Service Team & Administrator for their client based at the Bayton Road Industrial Estate.
Requirements:
- Previous admin experience in a busy office (minimum 2 years)
- Proficient use of all Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Good customer service skills
- Positive attitude
- Happy to deal with customer enquiries & complaints
- Previous experience with complaint handling & customer enquiries
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and emails and direct to correct department
- Greet onsite visitors (clients & customers)
- Log calls & projects
- Raise purchase orders
- General administration duties
- Handle confidential documents
- Liaise with workshop managers
- Work within a family-owned business
Temporary Agreement:
While working via the agency (10 weeks) you will be paid weekly & accrue holiday pay.
