We are currently seeking an experienced Italian-speaking M&A lawyer to support a growing pipeline of cross-border corporate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with strong M&A experience who enjoys working closely with international stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
