We are looking for either a junior derivatives lawyer or an ISDA negotiator who has good experience in netting and CRR rules related to netting. The ideal candidate will have:
- Excellent knowledge of ISDA Master Agreements, CSAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs and novation agreements;
- Excellent knowledge and experience of netting opinions in relation to ISDAs, GMRAs, GMSLAs and collateral agreements including understanding the structure and content of netting/collateral opinions with the ability to summarise key issues;
- Knowledge of CRR rules related to netting;
- Creating and enhancing internal procedures and framework documents.
Hybrid working is offered. March 2026 start. This will be for a 6 month interim assignment to begin with.
