We are working with a leading global private markets investment firm to hire an Interim Senior Legal Counsel for their London office. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing Legal & Compliance team and play a key role in:
- Fund Formation & Structuring – LPAs, PPMs, side letters, investor closings
- Regulatory Advice – AIFMD, FCA rules, cross-border marketing compliance
- Investor Negotiations & Segregated Accounts
What we are looking for:
- Mid-senior, trained at a top-tier law firm in Funds / Investment Management or with in-house exposure
- Experience with private equity, private credit, or real assets
