A leading global technology platform (high-growth, international footprint) is looking to hire an interim Employment Paralegal to support their EMEA legal team on a short-term basis.
The Role: You’ll support a busy Employment Legal team on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious matters across multiple jurisdictions.
- Managing legal trackers, templates and internal knowledge resources
- Supporting GDPR data subject access requests (review, redaction, coordination)
- Assisting with employment litigation (disclosure, hearings, witness coordination)
- Liaising with external counsel across EMEA
- Drafting and reviewing employment documentation and HR policies
- Supporting legal operations (invoicing, processes, team coordination)
About you:
- 2–3+ years’ paralegal experience in a fast-paced, ideally high-growth environment
- Exposure to employment law (contentious and/or advisory)
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and tech-savvy
- Confident working across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions
- Proactive, adaptable and collaborative
