We’re supporting a global petrochemical business on an urgent interim requirement within its Legal team, providing broad commercial support across multiple business functions. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on, commercially minded lawyer looking to step into a fast-paced, international environment on a short-term basis.
The Role
You will partner with key stakeholders across:
- Sales
- Procurement
- Marketing
- Finance
- Supply Chain
Delivering practical, business-focused legal support on a wide range of day-to-day commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial agreements, including:
- Distribution agreements
- Supplier / procurement contracts
- Marketing and promotional agreements
- Logistics and supply chain arrangements
- Supporting multiple internal stakeholders across functions and jurisdictions
- Providing clear, pragmatic legal advice in a fast-moving environment
About You
- Qualified lawyer with 3–6 years’ PQE
- Strong background in commercial contracts (in-house or private practice)
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Confident, pragmatic, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Exposure to sectors such as FMCG, manufacturing, logistics or energy is beneficial but not essential
