We are supporting a leading global investment platform on an interim hire within its commercial legal team. This role sits within a centralised function supporting a large, pan-European business.
The Role:
You will join a high-performing legal team focused on the efficient delivery of commercial contracts across the business. The work is fast-paced and volume-driven, with a strong emphasis on consistency and turnaround.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and redlining contracts against established precedents
- Turning around high volumes of engagement letters
- Adapting standard templates with minimal amendments
- Supporting on a range of commercial agreements (e.g. broker agreements, MSAs, variations)
- Managing workflows independently with minimal supervision
About You:
- UK or common law qualified lawyer
- Strong experience in commercial contracts
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, process-driven environment
- Able to operate autonomously and deliver at pace
- Pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
