Interim Alternative Funds Lawyer- £175k-£195k- Investment Firm in Slough

We are working with a leading buy side outfit on a search for an experienced private funds lawyer. This will be to come in and assist with a maternity leave cover for a 12 month duration. January/February 2026 ideal start.

Ideal experience:

• Senior experience gained at a top tier law firm in Funds/Investment management
• Experience with private equity funds, private credit or real assets.

Day to day:

• Fund raising; assisting with advice on fund structure and drafting fund documentation
• Assisting with various investment team divisions
• Assisting with general regulatory work
• Assist junior colleagues in team
