Major, Lindsey and Africa are working with a leading, US-headquartered technology company to recruit an EMEA-based Corporate Paralegal for the next 6 months. The role is largely autonomous and well-suited to someone with governance experience who is used to working with boards and other stakeholders.
You will support the governance lifecycle with entity data recording and filings, collating relevant documentation and providing supplementary support to the wider business to resolve inquiries.
