A global, listed industrial and petrochemicals company is building out its compliance function and needs immediate interim support. This is an extremely busy, but high-impact role. You will step into a lean, evolving environment and help stabilise and scale global compliance capability.
What you will do:
- Lead internal investigations and code of conduct matters
- Advise on regulatory and product compliance across jurisdictions
- Support trade and export compliance
- Build core compliance infrastructure: Handle cross-border matters across EMEA, US and APAC
- Liaise with global external counsel to drive efficiencies
What they are looking for:
- Senior compliance lawyer or senior compliance professional
- Strong exposure to investigations, regulatory and trade compliance
- Background in industrial, chemicals, manufacturing or FMCG preferred
- Comfortable in fast-moving, unstructured environments
