The Opportunity
Reporting to the VP Legal, this is a senior, business-facing role with significant exposure to executive stakeholders and strategic decision-making. You will lead on a broad range of matters including:
- M&A transactions across international markets
- Joint ventures and strategic partnerships
- Growth investments and portfolio activity
- Corporate governance and board-level support
This role offers the chance to operate as a true strategic adviser, working closely with senior business teams and helping to drive value creation across a diverse portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead legal input across the full transaction lifecycle, from structuring through to execution and integration
- Provide commercially focused, pragmatic advice on complex and high-value deals
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders across finance, tax, treasury and regulatory
- Oversee external counsel and manage legal spend effectively
- Support governance processes, including board and company secretarial matters
- Contribute to portfolio company oversight and ongoing investment activity
- Mentor and support more junior members of the team
