We are supporting a leading global insurer with an immediate requirement for an Interim Company Secretary to provide high-quality governance support during a period of transition.

This is a hands-on position supporting the full board cycle, acting as a key interface between independent directors and senior management within a complex, highly regulated environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining strong governance standards and ensuring effective board operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end board and committee cycle management
  • Liaising with board members and senior stakeholders
  • Reviewing board materials and providing governance support
  • Identifying key issues and escalating appropriately
  • Supporting an upcoming Board Effectiveness Review
  • Ensuring high-quality administrative delivery

Experience Required

  • Proven CoSec experience in insurance
  • Strong understanding of insurance governance frameworks
  • Ability to quickly build credibility and navigate complex organisations
  • Hands-on, detail-focused approach with strong stakeholder engagement skills
  • Financial services experience considered with relevant exposure

Contract Details

  • Immediate start, initial term through year-end (with potential extension)
