Legal Counsel (Commercial) to join its collaborative in-house legal team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer seeking broad exposure across commercial contracts, product development, data protection, and regulatory matters within a dynamic and expanding organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology, Saa S, supplier, marketing and partnership contracts.
- Support business teams with the development and launch of new products, services, and initiatives.
- Provide advice on data protection and privacy matters, including customer-facing documentation and supplier arrangements.
- Work closely with Compliance and other internal stakeholders on regulatory and legal issues.
- Review and update customer terms and conditions and related legal documentation.
- Assist with the implementation and optimisation of legal technology solutions.
- Advise on a variety of legal matters including intellectual property, employment, property and dispute-related issues.
- Deliver practical legal training and guidance across the business.
- Candidate Profile
- Qualified lawyer with approximately
- 2–5 years’ PQE
- Strong commercial contracts experience, particularly within technology and Saa S agreements.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to provide pragmatic, business-focused legal advice.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Experience within financial services or another regulated environment is advantageous.
