A FTSE 100 multinational retailer is seeking an experienced compliance leader to join its Legal, Co-Sec & Compliance function as Head of Compliance Ops. Reporting to the Group Chief Compliance Officer, you will help shape and embed a robust compliance framework across the business — covering anti-bribery and corruption, competition law, financial crime and trade sanctions.
The role carries genuine influence: engaging senior stakeholders and Boards, leading risk reporting and escalation, and managing a high-performing compliance team.
We are looking for a senior (legally qualified) compliance professional with FTSE 100 (or comparable) experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the gravitas to operate at executive and Board level. Relevant professional qualifications (ICA or equivalent) and investigations experience are desirable.
This is a 6-month contract, with very strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate.
