Qualifications:

  • 10+ years experience, with expertise in payments regulation, domestic and cross-border funds transfers.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the single regulatory point of contact for Direct to Scheme (D2S), streamlining engagement and governance.
  • Lead global D2S regulatory strategy, including Phase 2 planning and execution.
  • Manage local regulatory advice for scheme connections.
  • Manage license application preparation, readiness assessments and guidance.
  • Support regulator and scheme operator engagements.
  • Consolidate obligations across schemes to optimize sequencing and leverage lessons learned.
  • Coordinate with local counsel and compliance while owning all deliverables.
  • Create global documentation for D2S regulatory strategy to ensure smooth transition post-contract.
