Qualifications:
- 10+ years experience, with expertise in payments regulation, domestic and cross-border funds transfers.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the single regulatory point of contact for Direct to Scheme (D2S), streamlining engagement and governance.
- Lead global D2S regulatory strategy, including Phase 2 planning and execution.
- Manage local regulatory advice for scheme connections.
- Manage license application preparation, readiness assessments and guidance.
- Support regulator and scheme operator engagements.
- Consolidate obligations across schemes to optimize sequencing and leverage lessons learned.
- Coordinate with local counsel and compliance while owning all deliverables.
- Create global documentation for D2S regulatory strategy to ensure smooth transition post-contract.
