As part of their continued expansion in Europe, they are strengthening their legal function and seeking a high‑calibre Senior Legal Counsel to play a visible and influential role within their pan‑European data centre platform. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a sophisticated, mission‑critical infrastructure business at a pivotal moment of growth.
Working closely with senior leadership, technical teams, and external advisors, you will help shape the legal and regulatory landscape that enables large‑scale data center development across Europe. As Senior Legal Counsel, you will take a strategic and hands‑on role supporting complex data center development and operational matters, including land use, zoning, planning strategy and permitting, real estate transactions, advising on environmental, energy, and waste‑heat recovery initiatives, negotiations with public utilities and technical service providers and drafting, reviewing, and negotiating MSAs for goods and services among other areas of responsibility.
We are keen to speak to lawyers with 6–10 years of legal experience, ideally advising on data centre development, digital infrastructure, or closely related asset classes across Europe.
