We are seeking an experienced French-qualified lawyer to support a business through a significant period of organisational change in France. The role will focus on advising on employee exits, resignations, employment-related matters and wider workforce change projects in France. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing pragmatic and commercially focused legal advice.
Requirements:
- Qualified lawyer in France with strong French employment law expertise.
- Significant experience advising on employee departures, resignations, terminations and employment disputes.
- Fluent French and English.
- Comfortable working with international stakeholders.
- Based in London or able to travel regularly between the UK and France.
Contract: 6β12 months
Location: London with regular travel to France
