Senior Employment Lawyer (Interim / Part-Time) | Global Transformation Programme | Global Household Brand | International Transformation Programme
Our client is a globally recognised technology and consumer products business, known for innovation, engineering excellence and a strong international presence. As part of a major transformation programme supporting growth across multiple international markets, they are seeking an experienced employment lawyer to provide strategic and operational support on a range of workforce transformation initiatives.
This is a rare opportunity to work with a highly regarded household-name brand on a genuinely international project spanning Europe and, potentially, further regions globally as the programme develops.
The business is undertaking a multi-year transformation programme across a number of fast-growth markets, involving entity creation, workforce redesign, market entry, employee transfers, localisation activities, organisational change and strategic hiring initiatives.
The initial phase of the programme will focus on Europe, with support required across jurisdictions including the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova and Kazakhstan.
Subsequent phases are expected to extend across the Middle East, Africa, South America and Asia.
We're keen to speak with senior employment lawyers who can operate in a complex international environment and who have experience supporting large-scale organisational change, business transformation, restructurings or cross-border employment projects. Strong stakeholder management skills and a pragmatic commercial approach will be essential.
Key Information
- Part-time engagement (circa 2-3 days per week)
- Initial 3-4 month assignment
- Fully remote
This assignment would be particularly well suited to experienced Employment Counsel, Heads of Employment, Employment Law Consultants or senior interim employment lawyers seeking a flexible, project-based engagement.
