Major, Lindsey & Africa is seeking a Senior Employment Counsel with over 10 years of PQE to join its EMEA Employment Law hub in London. The role, available on a full-time basis with a hybrid work model, is crucial for providing comprehensive employment law support across multiple European jurisdictions.
The successful candidate will advise HR and business stakeholders and handle complex employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with labor laws, particularly in France, Italy, and Spain.
This is currently offered as a 6-month contract with a scope to extend.
