We are looking for a skilled paralegal to join our team and help us in delivering powerful legal tech solutions.

As a Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting our legal team and clients by bridging traditional legal tasks with modern tech solutions. You’ll work closely with our lawyers, developers, and product teams to ensure legal content is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible. Your expertise will support the ongoing development of our platform and assist clients in integrating legal tech solutions seamlessly into their workflows.

  • Legal Document Review and Drafting: Assist in reviewing, drafting, and formatting legal documents and related contract summaries.
  • Data Management: Organize and manage the platform’s digital files and case data, ensuring information is accessible, secure and filed accordingly.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on legal precedents, know how, laws, and regulations relevant to the platform’s offerings. Analyse articles and data and provide insights to enhance legal tech features.
  • Customer Support and Training: Help develop user guides, tutorials, and other resources to support clients’ use of the platform.
  • Quality Assurance: Test and evaluate new product features, workflows, and document templates to ensure accuracy, functionality, and compliance with legal standards.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Monitor changes in regulatory and legal environments to ensure our technology remains compliant. Support risk assessments and mitigation strategies as part of the product lifecycle.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a law firm, corporate legal department, or legal tech environment; experience in technology, SaaS, or digital platform environments is a plus.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with legal research databases (e.g., LexisNexis, Westlaw) and general comfort with technology, data management, and digital tools. Familiarity with legal tech solutions is a strong advantage. Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills also important.
  • Research Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret contracts and legal documents and communicate findings clearly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain legal processes and tech solutions to diverse audiences.
