We are looking for an experienced commercial payments lawyer (if you come from a social media, gaming, digital space this could be a great match) who will be interested in joining a leading tech company this January. This will be for a six month duration to begin with (likely to be in contention for a permanent role after).

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Advise on a range of issues including commercial, consumer protection, KYC, risk assessment/compliance and data privacy related to the payments businesses worldwide;
  • Structure, draft and negotiate a wide range of agreements with various partners;
  • Actively collaborate with a wide variety of internal stakeholders, including product, engineering, compliance, marketing, business development, risk on a range of issues related to product development and commercialization of global payment projects and services;
  • Help build scalable and effective processes for legal review and launch of new features and products;
