Key Responsibilities:
- Take global responsibility for IP Patents, Design Rights, Utility Models, and Know-How related to the organization\’s product innovations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate strategic R&D agreements and other innovation-related contracts.
- Provide expert advice on the IP aspects of product development, from conception to commercialization.
- Lead patent portfolio management, including filings, prosecutions, and enforcements across jurisdictions.
