Patent Attorney – London – Full-time – Permanent
Join a multinational FMCG company as a Patent Attorney and play a key role in shaping the company's global intellectual property strategy. This impactful position offers the opportunity to manage innovation and safeguard cutting-edge advancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take global responsibility for IP Patents, Design Rights, Utility Models, and Know-How related to the organization's product innovations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate strategic R&D agreements and other innovation-related contracts.
- Provide expert advice on the IP aspects of product development, from conception to commercialization.
- Lead patent portfolio management, including filings, prosecutions, and enforcements across jurisdictions.
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams, offering legal guidance on innovation initiatives.
- Stay ahead of global IP trends to ensure the business remains competitive.
Requirements:
- Qualified Patent Attorney admitted before the EPO.
- In-depth knowledge of patent law and proven expertise in managing global IP portfolios.
