Our client is a major US-headquartered technology company with a well-established global consumer internet product and a growing footprint in Europe. Its legal team is based in the US, and as sales activity across central Europe has grown, so has the need for local legal support, particularly for SaaS and technology contracts. There is currently no dedicated legal presence in the region.

We're looking for a part-time or fractional technology lawyer to support the European sales team on an ad hoc basis. This isn't a full-time position: expect somewhere in the region of 10 to 20 hours a month, though this could flex up or down depending on deal flow.

You'll work closely with the sales team on the contracts that let them close business with central European clients, primarily SaaS agreements and MSAs. The role is commercially focused: reviewing, drafting and negotiating agreements, and giving practical, business-minded advice that keeps deals moving.

We're looking for a German-qualified or at least German-speaking senior lawyer, given the client base this role supports. You'll be a technology or commercial lawyer comfortable working independently, managing your own time, and advising a sales team directly without a large in-house legal function around you.

Fully remote, flexible hours, ongoing fractional engagement rather than a fixed-term contract.
