We’re supporting a global real estate investment platform backed by a leading private equity sponsor, looking to bring in a mid-level commercial contracts lawyer on an initial 6-month contract. You’ll join a busy, high-performing legal/commercial team operating at scale across a large portfolio.

The role is heavily focused on high-volume contract review and turnaround, particularly engagement letters and similar commercial agreements.

The work:

  • Reviewing and redlining contracts against established precedents
  • Turning around high volumes of standardised agreements
  • Supporting on wider commercial contracts (e.g. MSAs, broker agreements, variations)
  • Occasional drafting, but primarily adaptation of templates
