This is an exciting opportunity to join Major, Lindsey & Africa’s global marketing team, working closely with the Director of Marketing to support initiatives across EMEA and Asia Pacific. Spanning nine markets, this role offers exposure to a wide variety of projects, from high-profile events and content creation to digital campaigns and brand activity. It is a hands-on opportunity to build experience in a fast-paced, international environment while contributing to marketing initiatives that strengthen MLA’s profile across key markets.

Working directly with the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Assistant plays an important role in supporting MLA’s marketing strategy across EMEA and Asia Pacific, covering nine countries: the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, India, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, PRC, and Australia. The role offers involvement across a broad mix of initiatives and the opportunity to contribute to projects that raise the firm’s profile and support strategic growth. The EMEA and APAC marketing function also works closely with the wider US marketing team, giving the successful candidate exposure to a broad range of initiatives within a supportive, collaborative global environment.

Essential Functions
  • Event execution support (invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, logistics, follow-ups)
  • Email and Newsletter production support (coordination, approvals, list management, scheduling)
  • Content administration (formatting, uploads, basic edits, image sourcing)
  • Website and profile updates (coordination with global teams)
  • Social media tracking, scheduling, and regional coordination
  • Marketing operations support (tracking, timelines, follow-ups)
Minimum Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related communications field preferred.
  • 1–3 or more years of experience in a marketing support function
  • Experience at a law firm, professional services or B2B firm preferred.
Skill Requirements
  • Exemplary writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Early adopter of and interest in new technologies, trends and social networks
  • Familiar with Canva, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office applications
  • Works autonomously as well as in a team atmosphere
