We are looking for an experienced alternative funds lawyer to join a leading investment management firm in playing a key role in providing expert legal support for a portfolio of Investment Funds (primarily AIFs and RAIFs) and their sub‑funds, contributing to product development, ongoing management and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drafting and negotiating legal documentation—such as prospectuses, articles of incorporation, supplier agreements and fund-related contracts.
- Advising on fund incorporations, liquidations, mergers and other corporate actions.
- Providing transaction support for investments.
- Ensuring thorough organization and record‑keeping across Management Company/AIFM boards, General Partners and underlying companies.
- Managing statutory filings and investor meeting follow‑up.
Significant experience in UCIs/RAIFs/AIFs is mandatory. Fluency in French or German would be a great asset to have as well. This can be fully remote but some office attendance once or twice a week can be beneficial.
